Sourced from our two vineyards in Orange, this Sauvignon Blanc benefits from the ripeness and tropical notes from our home block at Griffin Rd (740m), and the thirst-slaking acidity generated of our newer vineyard at Wallace Lane (1000m).
From our vineyards in Hawke’s Bay and Marlborough, we created a sparkling wine not to stand alongside the old world, but to stand out as uniquely Oyster Bay. Its wonderful style and zesty fruit vibrancy are simply unforgettable
Old No. 38 Stout is a smooth, firm-bodied stout with the toasted character and coffee notes of dark malts and roasted barley.
This collision of Old and New World hops provide an explosion of tropical aroma and a juicy bitterness. Born out of character.
A big, bold mouth feel backed by some powerful banana and classic weizen notes, balanced by an eclectic variety of hops from America (Simcoe) the Czech (Saaz) and the UK (Bramling Cross).
It’s not opaque, but it is serious. Intense notes of white pepper; woodspice; and mulberries. Fragrant and generous. A Northern Rhone sensibility (Hermitage) adorns this wine.
