Bridge Road Brewers have created a gem of a beer through experimenting with local produce, a truly local brew! This unique lager is very pale and presents a crisp 'pilsner' like profile combined with a distinct nutty character owing to the use of Chestnuts in the mash.


Wychwood Black Wych provides a smooth, smoky and bitter taste while providing a sweet aroma of chocolate and coffee.


Cuvée Colette is a cider made following the "méthode traditionnelle" (traditional method) of making sparkling wines. Refined and elegant, it makes an excellent drink as an aperitif.


A modern incarnation of the variety, with a focus on fruit rather than artifice, it is youthful and crisp in the glass.

It’s not opaque, but it is serious. Intense notes of white pepper; woodspice; and mulberries. Fragrant and generous. A Northern Rhone sensibility (Hermitage) adorns this wine.

The 2004 Saltram No. 1 Shiraz was sourced from mature, low yielding vines, selected from vineyards across the Barossa and Eden Valleys.
