The creation of the Saison Dupont Cuvée Dry Hopping goes back to 2010. It is a blond beer, top fermented and just as the traditional Saison Dupont with refermentation in the bottle. The specialty of this Saison is the dry hopping*. This year, a Slovenian variety « Styrian Wolf » has been used which produces the more intensive hop aromas and touches of fruit (in particular passion fruit and pine resin). It became a coppery blond beer, dry and thirst-quenching with a bitterness and soft bitter aftertaste. Our selection of yeasts creates the aromas and bitter taste. A real refermentation in the bottle, which can go on for a long time in your cellar, results in a complex and very aromatic beer.
