Vibrant purple – the colour more the sum than its parts. Red fruits and a brooding core in concert with oak-derived spice. Its strength is through its subtlety.
Sourced from our two vineyards in Orange, this Sauvignon Blanc benefits from the ripeness and tropical notes from our home block at Griffin Rd (740m), and the thirst-slaking acidity generated of our newer vineyard at Wallace Lane (1000m).
5 a.m. Saint is our uber-hoppy red ale. We’ve dry-hopped this little beauty to the brink and back with the help of amarillo and centennial hops that create an all out riot of citrus, orange and lychee flavours.
A big, bold mouth feel backed by some powerful banana and classic weizen notes, balanced by an eclectic variety of hops from America (Simcoe) the Czech (Saaz) and the UK (Bramling Cross).
A thoroughbred amongst beers, this refreshing ale gallops across the taste buds with a hit of lively citrus over the blaze. Made with the palest English ale malt, blended with finest Slovenian Styrians and New Zealand Motueka hops, the clean freshness gives way to a superb fruity finishing straight.
